Cloves and Juniper Berries

Juniper berries have anti-inflammatory properties and volatile compounds. When these are combined with cloves, both can make a good treatment for itching. Take a saucepan and melt 4 ounces of butter (unsalted) in it.

Take another saucepan and melt 2 tablespoons of beeswax in it. Add melted butter to it and stir well. Now add 3 tablespoons of finely ground cloves and 4 tablespoons of finely ground juniper berries to it.

Mix well and stir properly. Now allow this mixture to cool. Apply on the affected area. Juniper berries are easily available at stores. But try to grind this at home to preserve their nutrients.
