How to do Kapalbhati Pranayama

Kapal bhati (How to do Kapalbhati Pranayama) is an easy yoga and it becomes easier by continuous practice of a few days. After doing this, a person realizes the spirit of peace. The person who does this pranayama only feels it.

Ways of Kapalbhati

To do this pranayama, choose morning time.

Sitting in a clean and open placed in the altitudes of the forehead.

Put both of your hands on the knees. Keep the waist all the way straight.

Leave your stomach loose.

Keep in mind that in Kapalbhati (Yoga Asana) we have to pay more attention to leave out Breath.

Breath from the nose and pull the stomach inwards.

Do not stretch your breath in this action when your stomach will come outwards.The breathing will be drawn automatically.

Repeat this processes repeatedly.

In the beginning, make it 5-10 times to slowly increasing the count.

Do not do this pranayama at a much faster pace.

Relax and concentrate this actions repeatedly. you want to take some rest in between then you can take it.

Caution

Kapalbhati morning after empty stomach and defecation.

Do not eat anything for at least one hour after doing this asana.

Pregnant women, there has been a recent opinion and patients of hernia do not do this yoga.

It can do it in the care of knowing in the early days.

Kapalbhati Pranayam can be done by weight loss.
